• 1. This machine is designed for sanding the primer after painting, it is suitable for all kinds of flat products, especially for flat wood, the surface of the paint is smooth after sanding by this machine, no white edge.
  2. The body of the machine is welded with bent steel plates, with high weight and stable operation, and is annealed, so that it will not be deformed for a long time.
  3. Sanding belt operation adopts imported frequency Double sanding frame primer sander One sanding and one throwing primer sander
  5. Running rubber roller adopts 25SH rubber, with high elasticity, clearing the phenomenon of horizontal white edge, high precision, and long service life. Device polishing wheel (optional), frequency conversion speed adjustment, adjustable height, more will be easy to eliminate the phenomenon of cross grain.
  The conveyor belt adopts 3mm thickness imported strong conveyor belt, wear-resisting and durable.
  7. The device conveyor belt automatic correction mechanism, automatically adjust the running trck of the conveyor belt when running, without manual adjustment.
  8. Sanding belt motor adopts frequency conversion speed control system, adjust the speed knob on the control panel to change the line speed of the sanding belt.
  9. The lifting and lowering of the working table is achieved by "↓↑", which is shown by the digital display thickness meter. For small displacement, the hand wheel on the shaft of the lifting motor c  n be turned to adjust.
  10. Conveyor feeding device consists of a conveyor belt running on the working table and stepless transmission, up tight manual adjustment mechanism and cylinder, sensing machine control valve automatic alignment system. Feeding speed can be adjusted by adjusting the variable speed handle on the stepless transmission.

Safety devices: there is an emergency stop button (self-locking) on the control panel, two photoelectric switches on the left and right side of the sand frame; pressure relays operate when the pressure in the pneumatic system is insufficient, and a disc brake is fitted on the motor pulley to ensure quick braking and stopping in case of emergency.
