• 1. The whole equipment adopts electrostatic spraying (180ºC high temperature baking), which is beautiful, corrosion resistant and easy to clean. The conveyor adopts roller type full chain transmission, more stable, no deviation, no damage to the back of the workpiece paint film.
  2. The lamp is American GE material lamp, independent wind circulation, working time is guaranteed more than 800 hours. Both ends and the bottom of the air intake, fan heat extraction, with temperature control device, indoor temperature can be controlled more stable.
  3. The main part of the electrical control is electrical products from famous brand of France, with high control sensitivity and durability. The control circuit is reasonably designed, with leakage protector, motor overload protection, control line insurance, fan motor insurance, UV lamp ammeter, lamp light accumulator, digital display temperature controller, power indicator, start/stop switch, UV lamp half power setting, etc.
  4. Conveyor motor adopts Myriad three-phase asynchronous reducer motor, speed control adopts Taiwan Delta inverter speed control, stable performance. Power supply for Taiwan system, four-wire package, low heat, more energy-saving, higher efficiency; using a unique air-cooling system, digital display temperature control instrument to control the temperature, to protect the lamp UV utilization higher, the fan is Jiuzhou Puhui.
