Main Feature:

• 1,The machine body is made of cold rolled steel plate by shearing, folding and welding. The whole equipment adopts electrostatic plastic spraying (180ºC high temperature baking), which is beautiful, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
  2,The speed reducer adopts three-phase asynchronous horizontal gear reducer, and the speed control adopts frequency converter to adjust the speed, with stable performance.
  3,Specially designed inductive alignment adjustment device consists of inductive travel switch, cylinder, imported linear rail, slider, guiding roller, etc., which can effectively correct the deviation of the plate to ensure that the plate in the central position of the entire production line runs forward smoothly, which is conducive to the normal production of the next process.
  4,The conveyor belt adopts roller conveyor, which is more stable and does not deviate.
  5,Control circuit is reasonably designed, motor overload protection, control line insurance, power indicator, start/stop switch.
