Main Feature:

• 1. The body of the machine is made of square steel welded together, the whole equipment is electrostatically sprayed (180ºC high temperature baking), beautiful and elegant, corrosion resistant and easy to clean; the transmission method is roller type, no deviation, more stable, the centre position of the film and the plate can be adjusted through the chute, the film is more accurate. Pneumatic lifting method is adopted for lifting and lowering, which is more convenient and suitable for a variety of thickness products.
  2. The reducer adopts three-phase asynchronous reducer, and the speed control is adjusted by frequency converter, with stable performance and adjustable speed. Unwinding axis, using magnetic powder brake, to maintain stable tension, the unique pneumatic film tensioning device to ensure the film pressure, film lifting film when the film is loose, effectively prevent the failure of the film roll. The relative position of the film and the sheet can be adjusted through the chute, laminating/cutting film is more accurate, double station design, no stoppage for film change.
