• 1. Double brushes dust removal, the front nylon brushes after sisal brushes, configured with strong blowers. Guide strip belt conveying, with its own anti-running, increase the friction of work, effectively prevent the short board and conveyor belt slipping and non-working phenomenon. The conveying platform is lengthened to 3 meters, novel appearance design, small footprint, elegant and beautiful.
  2. The lifting system adopts worm gear driven dovetail mechanism to adjust the processing thickness, and the conveying speed is controlled by frequency converter panel speed regulation. The conveying motor adopts Myriad worm gear reducer motor, and the brush motor is Myriad three-phase asynchronous motor.
  3. The diameter of air extraction port is 150mm, 4pcs, and 3 sets of blowing fans.
  4. The upper part of the equipment is specially equipped with a de-static system, which can eliminate the static electricity on the surface of the plate and make the dust be removed by rapid laminar flow and thoroughly cleaned, thus enhancing the adhesion between the paint and the plate, which will not delaminate and fall off.
