Main Feature:

• Gantry Loading Machine:
  1. Widely used in automatic loading of plates, using vacuum suction cups to achieve the adsorption of plates; up and down movement and left and right movement are controlled by frequency conversion, lifting system with brake function. The vacuum system adopts 40m³/h Jingjie vacuum pump, with fast suction speed and high vacuum degree; the X-axis adopts double beams with double linear guides and double rack structure. The products are put from the pallet to the production line sheet by sheet by suction and lifting, working at a certain tempo to meet the production requirements.
  2. Manual, blocking and automatic modes can be switched freely, and the automatic mode can be started and stopped by one button on the panel, without workers operating the touch screen. The speed control adopts analog control, the response is fast and accurate; it adopts high-end Famous Brands series controller and execution devices, which effectively ensures the stability and reliability of the equipment, smooth operation, fast speed and high safety; the layout of the distribution cabinet is standardized, the strong and weak electricity are separated to avoid electromagnetic wave interference and stable operation of the program.
  3. The number of boards per minute can reach 4, there is a special gas storage function, gas storage 0.14 cubic meters, in the event of a power failure can be adsorbed for 15 minutes to play a protective role, giving the operator sufficient time to put the board next, reducing losses.
