Main Feature:

• *  Special design of nylon and sisal brushes, brushes independent motor driven, configured with strong air blowing mouth. Brush can be pulled out from the front, easy to replace the brush. Imported material 3mm anti-slip conveyor belt, increase the friction of work, effectively prevent the short board and conveyor belt slippage and non-working phenomenon.

  *  Lifting system adopts worm gear driven dovetail mechanism to adjust processing thickness, lifting without wobble and good stability. The conveying speed is controlled by inverter panel speed control. The conveying motor is Myriad worm gear reducer motor and the brush motor is Myriad three-phase asynchronous motor.
  *  The diameter of air extraction port is 150mm, 6pcs.
  *  The upper part of the equipment is specially equipped with a de-static system, which can eliminate the static electricity on the surface of the plate and make the dust be removed by rapid laminar flow and cleaned thoroughly, thus enhancing the adhesion between the coating and the plate, which will not delaminate and fall off.
