Main Feature:

• 1. This product is suitable for all kinds of solid wood, density board, veneer board, aluminium and other straight shaped lines (such as door edge line, door frame, skirting line, phase frame, wave board, cot, etc.), L-shaped lines and wood board type plane, shaped surface of coarse, fine sanding, grinding, polishing, drawing.
  2. The sanding frame is equipped with a belt swinging device to ensure a smooth and even surface, which can effectively prevent the sanding belt from running and prolong the service life of the sanding belt.
  3. The grinding head can compensate the consumption of the grinding wheel automatically and precisely according to the length of the sanding workpiece (0.04mm/time), reducing the tediousness of manual compensation.
  4. Multi-point segmentation and multi-angle pressing method is adopted, which can smoothly convey various surface shaped workpieces.
  5. The workpiece is conveyed by wheeled side pressure to prevent the workpiece from swinging from side to side and to correct the bending of the workpiece when sanding is in progress, which can effectively avoid the frictional damage to the surface of the workpiece.
  6. The effective sanding is above 95%, completely replacing the tedious manual sanding.
  7. The whole machine adopts frequency conversion speed control, PLC tracking and microcomputer control.
  8. The grinding head and dual-use sanding frame automatically compensate, and the dual-use sanding frame especially adds anti-running belt device to save the adjustment time.
