Main Feature:
1. This machine is designed for sanding the primer after painting, it is suitable for all kinds of flat products, especially for flat wood, the surface of the paint is smooth after sanding by this machine, no white edge.
2. The frame structure of the machine is welded with channel steel plate bending parts, with high weight and stable operation, and is annealed, so it will not be deformed for a long time.
3. Sanding belt operation adopts imported frequency converter to adjust the speed, suitable for various paint characteristics.
4. The feeding speed is controlled by stepless speed regulator, stepless speed regulation.
5. Running rubber roller adopts 25SH Shaoer soft rubber roller, with high elasticity, clearing the phenomenon of horizontal white edge, high precision, and long service life.

10. The machine adopts photoelectric automatic control of the sand belt limit, five-loop fault display device, stopping power-off protection, automatic descent protection device.
11. The feeding device is composed of a rubber conveyor belt running on the working table and a stepless transmission, a tightening manual adjustment mechanism and a cylinder, a sensing machine control valve automatic alignment system. Feeding speed can be adjusted by adjusting the variable speed handle on the stepless transmission.
12. Safety devices: there is an emergency stop button (self-locking) on the control panel to control the equipment to brake quickly and automatically, there are two photoelectric switches on the left and right side of the sand frame; the pressure relay operates when the pressure of the pneumatic system is insufficient, and a disc brake is fitted on the motor pulley to ensure quick braking and stopping in case of emergency.
