Main Feature:

• The machine head has been specially treated with a smooth inner wall to avoid air bubbles due to resistance. The European cutter head independent structure is used, which is separate from the conveyor system, reduces vibration and is easy to move.

• The drenching knife has a bi-directional adjustment structure that allows adjustment of the opening and closing within a distance of 100mm from each other.

• Equipped with large capacity electronically controlled thermostatic oil tank and oil pump, good filtration effect and stable flow.

• The oil tank has four layers of built-in filters, which effectively filter the magazines produced by the paint during the reflux process.

• Equipped with antifoaming system, no air bubbles are generated when only 100-150KG paint drums are circulated.

• A unique slow flow system is designed to reduce the air bubbles generated during the paint circulation process due to the drop two.

• Wide processing range, such as door panels, reliefs, furniture with concave and convex shapes, etc.
