Main Feature:

• 1. The machine is welded with angle steel and square tube, and the body is assembled with cold-rolled steel plate. The whole equipment adopts electrostatic spraying (180ºC high temperature baking), which is beautiful, corrosion resistant and easy to clean.
  2. Adopting three-dimensional drying structure, it is suitable for the drying of panel furniture, solid wood doors, cabinet doors, crafts, decorative boards, calcium silicate boards, magnesium glass boards, cement fiber boards and other panel workpieces with uniform specifications.
  3. For PU, NC, water-based paints and fluorocarbon paints, etc. with high quality effect requirements and large quantity of paint to be dried after continuous automatic spraying, it can speed up the drying time of paint to the maximum, improve product quality and production efficiency, save cost and floor space.
  4. The main part of electrical control is Siemens (processor) and French famous company electrical products, high control sensitivity, durable.
  5. The motor adopts three-phase asynchronous reducer motor, and the speed control adopts Siemens V20 and G120 series frequency converter to regulate the speed, with stable performance.
  6. Control circuit design is reasonable, motor overload protection, control line insurance, fan motor insurance, digital display temperature control instrument, power indicator, etc.
  7. Four-combination design, a total of 88 workpiece trays, programmed to control the action of the trays.
  8. Inlet and outlet ends have 1 set of power conveying rollers, frequency conversion motor drive, to ensure smooth and balanced speed.
  9. Standard ventilation design with 4 independent ventilation zones: induced air zone (cooling zone, natural air in and out), volatile zone, drying zone (2), 2 groups of heat exchangers and independent automatic temperature adjusting device to ensure constant temperature of workpiece in the body without dead ends.
  10. Unique sensor automatic identification function, to ensure that the workpiece into the tray continued normal operation.
  11. Adopt automatic identification control, reasonable integration and optimization of control, drive, movement and transmission, to provide guarantee for efficient and reliable mechanical action.
